A complex film, open to some very personal interpretations. An elderly writer and activist, Bacha, has spent 20 years cultivating a co-dependent relationship with Manuela, her assistant. Problems arise when Manuela falls in love with a woman, Claude. It's up to the viewer to decide where the problem really comes from, who is being taken advantage of, and who is the loser in all of this.
