| A Lesbian fashion designer is betrayed when her female lover leaves her for a man. A lurid and highly stylized account of the mangled web of domination, sadomasochism and alternating jealousy among three lesbians. Set amidst the music of Verdi and the Platters, the power games revolve around a model (Hanna Schygulla), the mistress of the house and her obsessive maid. Considered by many lesbians as misogynist, it will never be the poster child for lesbian films, but nonetheless, it makes for sleazy fun. Now girls, play nice! |
