| A comedy for the whole family, Pourquoi Pas Moi (Why Not Me?) follows the lives of four 30-something queers -- Camille, Eve, Ariane and Nicolas -- in hip and happening Barcelona. Working at the comic book publishing house they founded together, the group is out and proud in their day-to-day lives, but three have never come out to their parents. Chaos ensues when Josepha, Camille's PFLAG mother organises a weekend party at her home and invites all the parents -- forcing a little truth-telling. What the kids don't expect is for their parents to arrive with plenty of their own baggage! This special weekend inflames passions all around and of course, nothing goes as planned. |
