Three woman rockers Kelly McNamara (Dolly Read), Casey Anderson (Cynthia Myers), and Petronella "Pet" Danforth (Marcia McBroom), head for Hollywood after Kelly is offered a third of an inheritance from her aunt Susan (Phyliss Davis). Susan’s financial advisor looks at the girls as just a bunch of hippies and fights it all the way. The girls meet a record producer called ZMan (John LaZar) who changes the group’s name to Carrie Nation and promotes them. Kelly meets a gigolo named Lance Rock (Michael Blodgett), who knows about her inheritance and wants to get as much of it as he can. The financial advisor tries to get Kelly to drop her claim to any inheritance.

This bizarre hippie tale includes two women who fall in love and are murdered by a pre-operational transsexual. Their love wasn't evil, but it brought evil upon them. Oh yeah, but the real plot is about a would-be girl group (who hook up with the evil transvestite producer who kills the lesbians).
