Amy Bradshaw (Sara Foster) is a member of the D.E.B.S., an elite spy force comprised of girls who have scored well on the hidden test in the S. A.T. which is there to measure their abilities in being a spy. Think Buffy in a school girl outfit.
She and the others on her team receive a surveillance mission on a criminal mastermind, Lucy Diamond (Jordana Brewster). During the mission, they are found out and Lucy and Amy speak to each other (Amy is writing her thesis on the mysterious Lucy). Fascinated by each other, they spend time together, and when they realize that they’re falling in love, Amy ends up running away with Lucy and the rest of the D.E.B.S. think that she’s been kidnapped. They send out squads to “rescue” Amy and find her with Lucy, in a compromising position with her. Amy is taken home, and is in trouble -- oh the pressure to be heterosexual and "normal" even in the spy world!
Amy agrees to go to the "End Game" year-end ball with her ex-boyfriend so she looks straight. But while she's there, Lucy breaks in to rescue her one more time from heterosexuality, and Amy's tru ability as a spy, her "perfect score' is revealed: she is the perfect liar.
She has been lying to herself and everyone about who she is, and is only her honest self with Lucy. It's a romantic comedy, so we all know how this ends! Yeah for happy lesbian endings!
